Baar Baar Dekho is a film based on a time travel love story, which is a very tricky concept. If it is not executed properly can be a disaster. The debutant director
tried her best to sell the concept to the audience but it could have been better and well crafted. The songs are already a big hit specially "Kaala Chashma" and "Sau Aasmaan". Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif looking good together. This duo is also loved by people when they were seen together for the promotions.

Jai (Sidharth) is a mathematics professor and Diya (Katrina) is an artist. They are both childhood friends and also in deep love. They are both different from each other, Jai is serious about his career and wants to goto Cambridge to teach there and Diya is girl who finds happiness of out of small things.
When Diya proposed Jai for marriage, jai denied as he want to pursue his career at Cambridge, somehow the discussion reached Ram Kapoor (Diya's father). The couple had a fight just before the night of their marriage and diya left forever. Sidharth fall asleep full drunk. Now, jai opened his eyes next morning found himself on his honeymoon. This is what the story is all about, whenever jai sleeps he found himself in a different phase of life with diya in a different place. It is very confusing for jai and for the audience aswell. We can see jai and diya since they were toodlers to when they were teens and also in their 30's, 40's and even in their late 50's.
Baar Baar Dekho is a film for those who want to see this duo or a fan of Katrina.
