Comedian Kapil Sharma is now in more trouble. Recently he bomb with the bribe tweet for Narendra Modi asking "Yeh Hai Aapke Achche Din"? Now to counter, Oshiwara Police registered an FIR
against him for alleged unauthorized construction at his flat at Suburban Goregaon.
The same complained filed against bollywood actor Irrfan Khan.
Mumbai Police spokesperson DCP Ashok Dudhe said, BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) sub-engineer Abhay Jagtap lodged the complaint with Oshiwara Police Station under various section of the Maharashtra Regional and Town planning Act.
Mr.Jagpat had alleged that Mr.Sharma, who owns a flat in DLH Enclave on the 9th floor and actor Irrfan Khan on the 5th floor on new link road in goregaon, had violated norms and carried out illegal construction in the flat, a senior police official said.
Based on the complaint, a case was filed against Mr.Sharma under section 53(7) of Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act (MRTP) 1996, the police official added.
The municipal body has also found that there are 15 other flats which also violated the norms and has already served notices to their owners.
