Rajasthan (Land of Kings) is known for its ancient historical palaces and the mercy less Thar desert. It is considered as one of the most beautiful states of India, it attracts a huge number of tourists around the globe every year, but there is a dark side as well. There are five places in rajasthan which people claimed as haunted.
1. Nahargarh Fort
Nahargarh Fort was build by Sawai Raja Man Singh, which stands at the age of Aravalli hills. It is one of the most haunted place in Rajasthan.
Ghost Stories :
While the renovation project going on the owner of that restoration organization was found dead mysteriously in his house.
2. Jagatpura
Jagatpura is one of the beautiful places of Rajasthan. Beside its beauty it is also famous for its ghost activities. The king of Jagatpura was very greedy. Many villager died because of starving. It is said that those villager still ask for help from the tourists
Ghost Stories :
The people living in the residential area have seen witches walking around the roads of Jagatpura. These witches look same asin classic Indian horror tales, white dress, old, grey hair hanging loose over the face. It is quite aneerie experience to walk after night here.
3. Rana Kumbha Palace
Rana Kumbha Palace is considered as the scariest place in Rajasthan. Here you will definitely meet dead people for sure. The scream of ladies from another world will definitely freeze your blood.
Ghost Stories :
A year ago, a group of friends decided to observe if there really any paranormal activities happening. So they stayed one night in the palace. While exploring the passages, one of them heard a voice asking for help. Shocked and frightened as they turned around, they saw a lady standing in royal attire with a burnt face!
4. NH - 79 near Dudu village
The Ajmer-Udaipur highway is also one of the most haunted places in Rajasthan. It is famed as the road asks for blood. It is said, that a long time ago a 5 days old infant girl was to be married with 3 year old little boy.The mother of the baby girl was against the wedding and she ran away towards the highway to ask for help where she was hit by a tourist vehicle that killed her and the child instantly.
Ghost Stories :
Three friends while driving at Ajmer - Udaipur highway encountered ghost of a lady carrying a baby in her arms. She sat at the back seat and guidedthem out of the village. Thinking it might be a nightmare,the friends took it lightly but the incident lasted for more than 15 minuteswhich still haunts them!
5. Bhangarh Fort
Bhangrah Fort is not only the most haunted place of Rajasthan but it is also considered as the most haunted place of India. It is said, that a tantric wanted to marry the queen of the fort — Rani Ratnawati. After learning about his evilthoughts, Rani got thetantric who use to do black magic at her palace.
Ghost Stories :
The fort is the spot for encountering incidents like ghost of the tantric shouting, a women crying for help, and the clinking sound of the bangles.
