Nighttime snacks help to loose weight


Eating snacks just before going to sleep can help you loose weight. Yes, many people have
a wrong idea that snacking at bed time is harmful, but it is better to have some snacks than just rolling on the bed with hunger which also can give you the essential nutrients the body need and can also help to loose weight. But you have to choose the correct meal.


A bowl of yogurt can help you sleep because it contains tryptophan and also helps in digestion.


You can have some fruits like apple and banana in nighttime snack. They will keep you full for a long period of time and they are good roughage aswell.


A bowl of cereal is another good option. Mix corn or wheat or oatmeal with a bowl of milk for complex carbohydrates and some extra protein. Do not add sugar or it can add to your weight.


If you like eating carrots, it can also be a good nighttime snack. It not only keep you full it also provide essential vitamins and minerals and also good roughage.
