Last week Pink and now Parched is another film based on women. Leena Yadav's Parched is not about equality or women's right nor about how everyone should respect a woman's decision like Pink. Its pointed out that a woman is not a sex object for men and a woman can also have desire for sex which is not shameful at all.
There are still some places in India where women don't have the right to choose their life partner. They were forced to marry a man doubled their age.
